Every round comes with its record.

VitalTRACE follows each round from the wire it was printed from to the field - a fault traces in minutes, and a recall shrinks to the rounds that share the cause.

It starts with the wire.

Every spool is recorded before a build begins: where the wire came from, its alloy certificate, and the test that released it. From that moment, everything that happens to the round joins the same record.

The individual projectile record.

One record per round for what we make, per lot for what we source. Each record carries:

Wire provenance: Spool origin, alloy certificate and release test.
The build: Every layer the cell laid, logged as it happened.
Machining and inspection: Finished dimensions against drawing, and the ultrasonic test result.
Fill and energetics: The line, the fill, and the energetics batch behind it.
Assembly: The fuze and propelling charge matched into the lot.
Delivery: The lot, the condition and the terms it shipped under.

Three tiers, from evidence to effect.

Every customer starts with the evidence - a signed data file with every lot, included in the shell price. Subscriptions add the platform, and the enhanced tier takes the record inside your own systems, through to effect. Each tier includes everything in the tier below.

Included: The lot data pack: a readable acceptance summary, a round-by-round register, certificates, and carbon and materials per round - signed, tamper-evident, no software needed.
